Students with grievances are asked to
first go directly to the person involved, state the problem
and their feelings about it, and attempt to work the problem
through with the other person, be it faculty, staff, or
fellow student. Any unresolved questions or concerns, as
well as concerns about the school following the terms of
the enrollment agreement, may also be directed to the Executive
Director of LSB. The Executive Director has an open-door
policy and is available to aid students in the process of
grievance resolution and to answer any questions regarding
school policy or terms of the enrollment agreement. An open-air
discussion with students and administrators is held at least
once every six months. Students have the opportunity to
make suggestions, ask questions, and discuss concerns. Issues
which cannot be resolved directly or through the discussion
may be submitted in writing on a form provided by the school
and will be reviewed by the Grievance Committee. Lansdale
School of Business is licensed by the Pennsylvania State
Board of Private Licensed Schools. Students unable to resolve
issues directly through the process listed above or through
the Executive Director of LSB may bring the issues directly
to the attention of the State Licensing Board at the following
address:
